Bulgarian split squat...it's a tough mother of an exercise.
Try to make sure your hips are aligned and core tight so the glutes pick up the weight rather than the knees.

Just added these to my leg day permanently. I do them with DBs...love it. I can squat over 400 lbs but I do these with 40 lb DBs in each hand and I'm crying like a baby afterwards
