So you want to shred some fat while not losing any muscle (or continue growing if you can)?
Even though, due to my job choice, ive lost alot of muscle..(enough to erase old photos of me when I had alot more mass and definition

*sniff)...I can say slowly start adding extra cardio to your work outs..Not all at once though! Otherwise that just throws off the whole balance of things.
Also are you on any creatine/or/animal pak/ etc???
Many women at my gym use supplements to keep their muscles alive while they shred fat, although i have yet to venture too far out with that experiment myself..Well or at least not recently. I believe No-Explode was the recent topic they were talking about, although that surprised me, alot of men argue against women taking that among other things haha.
