Jay fans, help me out again, please
someone stole the man's abs and gave him an extra serving of obliques, didn't they? And what mangy dog bit the man's left biceps off anyway? How rude?!?!
aside from the obviously overdeveloped obliques, exactly what is it that Jay provides that Vic doesn't **** all over?
More storage space perhaps?

well if the mr. olympia was decided only by the front double bi and abdominal pose Vic may have won.

So what, exactly, does the top picture demonstrate that the bottom doesn't?
1) Clear delineation between the quad/ham/glutes. Cutler's is...mooshy. Contrast that with Vic who demonstrates a very sharp, clear, deep set of cuts between the musculature.
2) Ripped serratus/obliques - Jay's are huge, but they are smooth, like everything else on him. Vic's are shredded, and you can see it in the side chest
3) Look ma! Biceps/triceps/brachialis separation! That's what happens when you step onstage without an extra half gallon of water, like Fridge did.

what's done is done, deal with it. Your making no progress on here by bitching about the results as is everyone else. The person I would've liked to have won would be Wolf but hey we can't always get what we wish for. A better argument would be why Wolf finished behind Coleman. Talk about "mooshy!" Ronnie should've been 5 or further... Hopefully Victor won't bitch about the results, stay focused like Jay against Ronnie, come back next year and dominate the way he might should have this year. Bitching gets you no where, just makes you look like an ass.

Yep take it in the ass. Don't whine. And then come back next year for more hype with the same end result.

this is a tough one to compare because they pose it completely differently.
Again, there's those pesky rolls in Cutler's lower abs and lack of definition. Whereas the deep dimple and striations running across Vic's chest and delts highlight his conditioning, Jay's smooth skin and complete lack of vascularity demonstrate just how poor Cutler's conditioning was.

Jay didnt do that well in the prejudging. If you want to dethrone the king you have to beat him by alot. Victor Hands down dominates Jay in the front double bicep, but check out ham, back and calf shots, jay beats him in that and he has much better rear delts, and i would even say shoulders overall. Better quad development in the night show. Dropped alot of water. It was a very close competition im sure the two were only seperated by a point or two. I think I heard somewhere on some other boards that Jay only won in the posedown at the end. Confidence is alot in pro bodybuilding judging. If judges see a confident person they will be a little more biased toward them. He own fair and square IMO.

I wouldn't go as far as taking it in the ass, sorry bro. But I do agree with the "same end result!" Lets just hope that it doesn't happen. Two years in a row and I'm done with the Olympia.

argument over physique is already non-sense for this year's olympia. it's that politic/marketing purpose that got Jay the 2nd title. simple as that.
Jay earned 2006 Sandow.
Jay received 2007 Sandow.
see my sig for 2008 winner.

okay, here we go again. Jay and his wrinkley lower back. Jay and his wrinkley ass. Kudos to Jay, his traps are thick and his lats wide, but this IS supposed to be a demonstration of muscularity, which means you're actually supposed to be lean. Contrast the watery folds of Jay's back (someone stick a straw in there and suck that **** out!) with the solid, lean, clear separation between lumbar and lower lat that Vic demonstrates. Notice that instead of a flabby, wrinkly set of glutes, Vic actually is well-conditioned and serrated, in fact.
Again, it's easy to be "big" when you're holding an extra half gallon of water and several extra pounds of fat.

Looks like a scene from the movie "Blob" how can you have a upper body just as wide as your lower body and be the best bodybuilder in the world?
