get your lifts up. Thats what im doing right now. Trying to stay at 175 for basketball. Been at that weight for 1 month and i can notice a big difference in my muscles bulging out. You can usually just turn that fat into muscle.
Look for more responses though as i am no expert

Well, the fat doesn't actually go to muscle... but yeh, you can gain a bit of muscle and lose a bit of fat at the same time... although thats not the best way to do it.

well what happens then. I can seriously notice a big change in my muscles in just 1 month, and i stayed the exact same weiight. Did i lose the fat and gain a little muscle?
