Protein Pancake
Take Two Scoops Of Ids Whey Mix It With 6 Egg Whites And 1/2 Cup To 1 Cup Of Oat Meal. Make It Into A Batter Fry It Like A Pancake. It Is Kinda Dry So Use Sugar Free Syrup And It Will Be Great.

I add splenda, poppy seed ww flour to it and drink it with water so I can swallow it  Sometimes I shred a zucchini in so it'll be a little moist.

My favorite pancakes are made like: 3/4 cup outmeal, 1/2 cottage cheese, 2 large eggs or 1 large and two whites, splash of vanilla and cinimon. Blend we in blender cook on med heat.

its all up to preference.. maybe they want to keep the fats down and keep these as simple as carbs and a lil bit or protein for Pre/PWO purposes only
it really all depends
here is a simple one:
1 c Oats
1c skim milk
1 scoop whey protein
3 eggs - or egg whites.. up to you.. add a few more whites
mix into batter, cook and serve with fruit and or sugar free maple syrup Makes about 3-5 pancakes (depending on the size of your pan)

Buckwheat mix, 2 scoops of powder (chocolate whey), 1 egg, splenda, 1 tbsp olive oil and frozen berries.... My fav...smuckers sugar free on the side....
