Hey guys.. Irish.. American... Canadian.. Indian... German... Italian....
anybody... I cant understand why all the discussion is about were u guys are from. Im Irish born and bread.. I am proud to think that all these people are equally proud to have some link with our small friendly country... you are all truly welcome to be Ireland and be proud when you say u are part Irish!!! One last thing.. much respect to all nationalities serving the US accross this mad world.. keep safe and I for one hold u in my thoughts each day.

Plus I have quite a bit of Irish ancestory, my maternal grandmother is a Murphy and my own surname is a version of O'Casey. I have never been to Ireland, but i drink Kilkenny and Jamesons like its going out of style lol.

well ur all nuts enough to be irish (although i def think you're all descended from limerick)
living in dub myself, 100% GI, started lifting seriously 6months ago, although ive been going to the gym for about 2yrs (arsed around for the first while not really knowing which routine and or diet to be following, now im on track and ready to burn.

Well that was last year.... then came baby... A C-section and 10 months later and I'm starting again....
- March 2009 - 135lbs - for sets of 10reps
- Sept 2009 - 200lbs - for 8 reps
- 16th Sept 2009 - 220lbs - 8 reps... getting there... still a way to 300...
