hey, just thought id say something in here. im from stilwell oklahoma and i go to college in wilburton oklahoma. while at college i do my training at doc's gym or at the gym here at the college. and when i train at home, i have a key to my old hs's weight room.

Live in Norman, lift at Kongos/Sooner Fitness, its pretty good, except that all the weight equipment is like 10 years older than the cardio equipment, and their power rack is ghetto.

I am from OKC and I work out at Tanique gym. Now I have moved down to Norman and I'm looking for a good place to work out. I still have my student ID and they let me in the Huston Huffman Center, but more than half the people in there just sit down and talk on there cell phones. If anyone can recommend a good gym norman, ok that would be awesome!

im not cool anymore now that i been drug free for a lil over 5 years
and i been training for the last 7 months (oct 2007)
last thing my old friends wanna do is to stop doing drugs and get off there ass every once an a while much less atemped bodybuilding
trying to keep this positive life style going
but i bet i would make it a lot further if i had some positive friends
im not gay and i dont drink just a heads up for whoever reads this
