I have a great problem with my order: the italian customs have locked the package and want the medical certification (that this product is in compliance with the Italian sanitary norms) and 150 euro ($ 210) to unlock it. Please, it's possible give back you the package? I have already paied with my credit card, can I have the reimbursement?
