Bulking up issues

I am putting on weight rather well for now and getting stronger but since I am still new I was wondering what is the best way to bulk up. I am eating plenty of carbs and calories, with more of the carbs coming early in the day and tapering as the day wears on. I am also making sure to get some good protein every meal be it from meat, dairy, or from nuts. I am just wanting to see if I am on the right track.

protein is no less than 220 a day, carbs i do not know how many, breakfast usually consist of granola, and yogurt plus juice. lunch sandwich on whole wheat plus fruit. dinner meat and whole grain brown rice. snack meals are usuallly 2 tbsp of peanut butter and some fruit or yogurt and a few slices of sliced turkey.

Sounds pretty solid to me. If your weight is going up and you are getting stronger then u are obviously doing something right.

In the end everyone responds to different diets and workout routines differently and there is no right one that suits everyone.

Good luck though with your efforts
