Question Popping clavicle or something like it

This Mon. did my bi's & tri's had a great workout. The next morning I moved my arms up in a certain way and the area right by my clavicle popped. Tell ya what it just about knocked me on my ass! So all week long it's been doing it so I try to be real careful on how I lift my arms. Has anyone ever experienced this sort of thing? And do you know what it might be from? I went to go and do shoulders & traps tonight but I had to drop my weight way down because I'm scared to death to feel that pain again. I'll tell ya my form was absolutely perfect tonight!!! Shrugs felt really good, almost comforting, behind the neck bb presses felt good too. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Behind the neck BB presses appear to have claimed another victim!

Could be some bursitis or supraspinatus tendonitis with that degree of pain.

I have the same problem, on both sides when I squeeze my shoulder blades together I get a popping on my clavicle. Doesn't seem to hurt too bad so I don't worry about it.
