I read about a guy who won the biggest loser and he gained back 30 ilbs the next day. It was from water and actually eating something other than celery and **** like that. These shows have good intentions but this is not the way to do it.

I do agree with you that they use the extreme forms.

they want the quick way
like i said losing 100 pounds safely takes like a year at least
plus when you get to near 300 or more you are probably desparate for a solution and just sick of being so fat and unable to do anything physical

Well, this is the thing about the Biggest Loser.... at the Ranch they eat what the show buys and they workout like 4-5 hrs a day. They get back home and may only be able to workout 1.5-2 hrs a day because of family and jobs. A lot of times the family will have a bunch of fried foods waiting for them at home for the big return home party.
