SuperPump250 is the sh_t. My first workout with superpump I was doing arms and measured them after I got home from the gym (about 45 minutes later) and they were still pumped up about 2 1/2 inches. The only problem I notice and have heard from other people is I got really gasy and I heard from some of my customers that they did as well. I noticed it wasn't as bad if I had a protein shake about 25-30 minutes before my superpump. Anyone else notice that?
