Food allergy woes
I'm lifting like crazy, always have, always will. I can't get any bigger though. My caloric intake should be about 6000, or so. Rough guess. But. I probably actually only get 1000. Reason being...I am allergic to nearly every food in the world. I swear. I have a few food allergies, I'll list them now...you have no idea how much this stuff is in food till you have to look:
Soy
Corn
Pork
Pineapple
Those are the most relevant. With soy and corn being the most annoying ones. Now, I really want to gain some mass. I'm working out like hell, and the things that I do eat, are very healthy... but I stay the same weight. My problem is just not enough calories. I get enough protein (taking whey protein...finally found one without soy in it)...
So any ideas on what to eat a lot of?

You 99% most lilely dont need 6000 try for 3000 and if that doesnt work up it slowly.
Milk
cheese
Protein powder
chicken
bread with no HFCS or soy
oats
peanut butter.
rice
steak
ham
Come on man there are tones of foods, just think harder!

I'm allergic to rice and ham. I drink milk. It's not enough to get much calories. Almost all cheese has soy or corn in it. I put oats in my protein mix. And...I'm eighteen, I don't just ask my parents to buy a nice big steak every time they go shopping. Peanut butter I tried for awhile, but it was loaded with fat and kind of made me a little worried. I'm concerned about maintaining a relatively low body fat %.

What kind of cheese are you buying?? It shouldn't be Kraft singles. It should be regular old cheese, not the processed crap.
Fat doesn't make you fat.
Kay, those problems are solved.

um chicken? beef? ask your parents to get you a giant roll of 90% lean ground beef!! and big bags of chicken breasts, don't forget canned tuna in water as well.
and why NOT more milk? its not as if fat free milk is not giving you 80-90 calories per cup. Whole milk gets you up close to 160 calories a cup!
as far as carbs what about potatoes and sweet potatoes?

Shredded. It has corn in it usually. Just about anything that isn't all natural has soy or some form of corn in it. All the peanut butter I've seen contains soybean oil. So that's a no go. Most of the bread I buy, even the more expensive kind, has some soy in it. Only way to beat it just about is homemade bread. I think I may just start frying eggs up... A lot. As for the meat stuff. I don't really want to put the effort into cooking a beef roast or anything like that. Nearly all lunch meat contains soy/corn.

They make natural peanut butter. And cheese. And meat. And oats. Really, it's not hard. Many bbers avoid HFCS and hydrogenated oils, and even soy, and have great diets.

Fat DOES NOT make you fat. to much of a calorie excess makes you fat
look at keto most the people on it are on it for cutting/fat loss
pretty much all nuts are high in fat (its the good kind) . the thing about fats is they are calorie dense (9 calories per gram vs 4 per gram in carbs and protein) if you do really need 6k calories a day fats (like nuts, nut-butters, fatty fish, olive oil, avocados) are all very good places to get those in.
there seems to be alot of things you can eat so just eat MORE of the things you can eat and make sure and get some dietary fat in (look it up your body needs dietary fat )

I know. I live about fifty mintues away from any store that caters to that. And I'm not buying my own food, as I said, I'm only eighteen. I'll be sure to ask my parents, but I doubt they'd be too happy about it. Just don't talk down to me. It'd be appreciated.
