some new pics, currently 5'7" 173 lbs.
Here are some new updated pics, just taken today. All critiquing, suggestions, comments are welcome. I am planning on bulking for the next 4-5 months.
Current measurements...
height - 5'7"
weight - 173 lbs.
arms - 16.5"
chest - 40.5"
quads - 24" and growing
shoulders - 48.5"
waist - 31"

Thanx, i'm going to do a clean bulk the next 4 months. My goal is to be at least 170 lbs. at 4-5% bodyfat for the first competition i'm looking to enter which will probably be in May. My routine right now is crazy and i'm eating/drinking 240-300g of protein and 20+ g of BCAA's a day to aid in recovery. The bodyparts that i feel are lagging are my chest, tri's, and delts. I will also be concentrating heavily on legs and lats (mainly width) to help put on some size.

no offense taken, they always look smaller in pictures. I'm going to try and keep it clean but we all know how that goes. My plan is to use my body fat caliper to keep track of that and if it starts getting too high i'll adjust my diet accordingly.
