Quads & Hammies
So I have been working my legs out pretty hard. I can kill my quads off and not be able to do anything else with them in the gym and not feel it at all the next day. On the other hand, I may do 3 sets of 10 stiff legged dead lifts and I am soar for a whole week. Why is this? Does this mean that my quads are really not growing? Any help would be great!
