Back/Chest
DB flyes-- 35 x 6 ...*lets out sigh* no 30s in sight
Cable flyes-T-bar rows-One-arm DB rows-Face pulls-Chest dips & close-grip pull ups -
Really wanted to do SLDLs but snuck them in on my leg day yesterday in place of some of the RDLs. On that note, I think I finally need a belt.
Thank goodness I didn't get stopped at the gym today (surprised because it was even busier)... it's been a weekly occurrence as of late that someone wants to tell me a chapter of his life story.
SO looking forward to Friday, yet it's only Tuesday.

New journal is new, IN! Nice numbers on the back squats, a very humbling exercise when you do it right. Also gotta say awwww at kitteh pic, I love when they just sprawl out on you like that and go lol if you think I'm letting you up to go to the bathroom anytime soon!

Blah upping squats is just rough. Nothing kills my energy as much as squats. Love it though.

Good Lord...I'VE BEEN GONE FOREVER!
I apologize for the FIVE day hiatus. Probably the longest break I've had...ever, yet it's probably good for my health anyways. I was pretty much forced into the hiatus with my car in the shop and my birthday weekend of being on a cabin trip. Had lots of food, good company, and most importantly...finally got to see my Chicago boyfriend after being away from each other for little over a month. So pretty much thur/fri I was carless. Then my friends picked me up for the cabin trip which lasted from Fri-Sun morning. I had a huge birthday dinner (26 people?) Sunday night so I could see the rest of my friends for my Birthday. I turned 22. Yeaaaaah, I know. So old, right? :P
(BTW- training hiatus will be broken today. Squatting today with Dracoy! I'm so lucky.)

anyways, obviously I didn't post any workout here because I haven't trained today yet... Will update later tonight.

Legs
Back squats-Phew tired. Made sure Dracoy would spot me on 185 since I failed the last time on the second rep (video is on my bodyspace).
Standing Calf Raises-Certainly felt calves this morning
Ham extensions-Smith Hip thrusts (not counting the smith bar weight)-Then Dracoy and I left afterwards. Was in a rush to get to a friend's 34th birthday surprise. Rushed to Costco to pick up the two pizzas my friend ordered, and picked up a humongous chocolate cake for . At the party, had three different portions of cake (intense stuff...)- most of which were fed to me (!!!). It was a lot of fun and ended up leaving around 9 and went to bed at 10 pm.
All in all, yesterday was a great day. Will be doing cardio today. Probably running at my school's indoor track and do some ab work.
