Applied Nutriceuticals RPM (sample)
This is my first official product review so please dont be too harsh on the critics......
Yesterday I recieved my sample of RPM from Applied Nutriceuticals .
I decided to use it that night for my leg routine.
PREP
45 mins prior to getting to gym I took the product on an empty stomach. 5 pills as per the directions for my weight.
Initial reaction
About 35 mins after taking RPM it kicked in. When I say it kicked in, I mean it Chuck Norris roundhouse kicked in the door to my body in backwards! Ifelt like someone had hit the N2O button on the motor inside me. I was still driving for the gym and was worried I might crash just from shear intensity. I slid "Vulger Display of Power" by PANTERA in the cd player and let DBD try to tame the beast trying to claw out of my body at least till I got to the gym.
In The Gym
12:30 at night and my gym is empty except my workout partner and I. He took a look at me and said I looked posessed. Thats exactly what I felt like, a man posessed. Started out with leg presses as always since it always gets me hyped to stack plates. I forced myself to stretch and perform our warm up set. That done I let the dog off its leash.... 795 lbs X 10, 885 X8, 975(this is my old max done just last week!) x 3 I stopped at 3 because it was apparent that I could go up more and I wanted to see how much. 1025 X 3 holy crap! 1075 X 3 I was in HEAVEN! I had sweat pouring off my head like I was running a marrathon. I wanted more but my partner wisely stepped in and stopped me. This was more then I had ever put up... 100 lbs more, and he was worried I would tear something if I got caught up in it. The rest of the night went the same, setting new personal bests (none as impressive as the press, but still) Last I ended the night with 30 mins on the treadmill set at its highest elevation at a 4 mph pace. Usually this is enough for me to leave the gym limping out. Not last night I stared out over the eqpt like a mad man wanting to jump right into the next days routine right F'ing NOW!
I had to force myself to leave the gym.
Unexpected Surprise
Ok, I will need somehelp from one of you really smart people on this one. For the last 2 years I have had little to no feeling at all in my left pinky, from the second knuckle to the tip. I had chalked it up to nerve damage from back when I used to treat my body like an amusement park. Last night 100% of the feeling came back... It left like when your leg is waking up after being asleep along time. It hurt at first but man was I happy to have it! What I dont get is why? What could the explaination for this be? I am stumpped as I dont have much in the way of biology learning.
Unexpected problem
Ok, nothing is perfect. That holds true for all things of this world. In a perfect world When I left the gym, the RPM would have shut off like a switch. That however was NOT the case. I usually come home, shower, have a last meal then hit the rack completely bushed. Nothin doin... I was wound for sound till about 4:30 in the morning! (so you understand I work 2:30pm till 11:00pm) sleep came slow.... Looks like I have to time my doses better next time.
Conclusions
Pro's = Intensity like I have never felt before!
Able to lift heavier weight.
Focus like an obcessed celebrity stalker.
Some strange healing of an old wound????
Con's = Not to be taken within 5 hours of bed time! EVER!
The long and short of it is this. This stuff is the REAL DEAL. The claims they make, they back up with results. Both my workout partner and I will be making RPM a part of our long term supps. Applied Nutriceuticals, you have a new customer for life.
Critics Welcome
How did I do for my first review?
Side note...... I recieved only 5 pills in my sample pack and reading other peoples reviews it appeared other had recieved 10. I only ask because I need to know if you guys changed the sample ammount or if I need to beat the piss out of my mailman for stealing half my stuff!
(Dirk I am the guy in Martinsburg WV who emailed you on thursday. Thanks for the fast reply)

Man I have been looking everywhere for a single bad review (couldn't find one is why I tried it and am glad I did) Think you could shoot me a link to one so I can see what the complaint was? Just want to see if there are any side effects.
Thanks

Excellent review! Sounds like you have a winner on your hands for the future! The old sample packs did come with 10, but that was when they initially came out and the popularity of them was not that high. Now that they are getting so many requests thay had to cut down on the samples size. But as you know, it only takes one dose to feel it!

What good do sample reviews do us really? isnt it to be expected that for someone whos lets say trying stimms, it dont matter which one he takes,it will kick in nicely? especially rpm..there is no taste to review, and the product really starts to work better with time... i could understand sample reviews of protein(bars, shakes etc.) but i've seen reviews on size -on...since when does creatine start working from the first dose?im not trying to put the op down or anything, nice review and such...but whats the point?did anyone do a review longer than 30days? i'm too lazy...im on it almost 3 months now...and its still kicking like it did from the second dose...:P

I have been taking RPM for a week now, and was amazed by the stimm reaction. It gives me a great pump!!! I would however recommend those who are sensitive to stimmulants take caution, cuz this stuff makes your heart feel like its coming out your chest. Make sure to intake plenty of water, cuz you will be drenched 20 minutes into your workout. I give a thumbs up on energy, but I plan on taking for at least an 8 week cycle to evaluate its long term effects.

I just started the RPM pre-workout, and although I'm not used to taking 5 capsules of anything before the gym, I have been pleasantly surprised with this product. I always sweat like a pig in the gym, and RPM has not changed this. I'm leaving puddles wherever I go, but that's status quo. What I like about this product is two things: No heart palpitations or anxious feelings, and very sustained energy during the workout.
Another pleasant surprise today was how vascular my quads were during and after my leg workout. I'm two months past my last contest, and the vascularity today surpassed the last show! I started the complete Applied Nutriceuticals program this week, so I'm not sure exactly which product may be responsible for this, but I'll take it!

I don't believe his strength for leg press increased 100 pounds there is nothing able to do that to you instantly or within a 45 minute peroid except aldrenaline in extreme emergencies. Not to mention that I took it and felt didn't feel that much. I gave a few to my uncle and he didn't feel anything. I don't see what the big deal about RPM is.

Well just because you guys didn't feel anything doesn't mean its not effective. Especially when it was your first serving.

I'm not saying the product doesn't work but what I am saying is that NOTHING can increase your max lifts by 100 pounds. That part is true. Unless your popping roids and got a huge alrenaline surge those ingredients just aren't going to do that for you.

I want you to see the flaw in what you are saying. First you wrote the above statement.
Then in the same post you wrote 2 things that COULD do exactly what you said NOTHING could do....

Now... I am not going to argue with you over IF it is possable that this supp. COULD get me to lift 100 lbs more then my max. What I am going to do is tell you that I maxed out on leg press just one week prior to taking this supp. The result was I could not press more then 975 lbs. That was my max.
On the day that I took the RPM sample, I pressed 1075 lbs. Not if.... But DID...
I did nothing else special or differant... The only change from the week before, to the week I took the RPM, was the taking of the RPM...
So, if taking RPM caused the release of adreniline and THAT was why I lifted 100lbs more, then so be it... 100lbs more is 100lbs more...
I cant tell you what about taking RPM causes the change in me that makes me lift more, but I have been lifting more in everything since I started taking it. That may not be enough for you.... But it is enough for me... I take it, I lift more. period.

I'd say it's a good review, nicely done.
And those people ripping saying "100 pounds is impossible"...well I disagree with you. He did 975 before and then did 1075, I'm sure he's not lying. Perhaps last time he did 975 he didn't push himself hard enough. Perhaps this time when he did 1075 he had a partial "placebo effect" and just mentally felt stronger. Perhaps the moons of jupiter aligned in such a way that the gravity of earth was .01% lighter. Whatever the case may be he took RPM before this particular workout and did 100 pounds more.

Thank you, that is exactly what I was saying... I can not say that RPM is the only reason my max went up this much...
But the fact remains.. The week before my max was 975. The day I took RPM I did 1075.
I cant tell you how or why, only that it DID happen.
I take it everyday I lift now, and every time I do I feel stronger, and more focussed.

Aldrenaline, gains from last workout and effort may play a huge factor but there's no way it was completley from the product. Sometimes when you think you have maxed out you can do more if you try. Not only that but fatigue plays a huge role. If you pound a whole bunch of weight and max out after all those reps than you have lost some strength due to fatigue. Also recovery could play a factor. But it wasn't just RPM if you got 100 more.

I find the arguing here to be absurd. People.... 100 lbs. If he was doing a grand before that.... it's a 10% increase. I firmly believe RPM helped him do it...... not did it for him. Bear in mind it's Leg Press as well...... not squats, not deadlifts.
Think of it this way.... you ever have a terrible day (tired... maybe got some bad news), and your weights decrease by 10%?
