great lift bro, keep up the good work. I myself have just passed 225lbs for 5 reps. So i am on my way to hit 300lbs hopefully in the next year if i bust my balls.

Thanks..Its weak compared to my squat/dead...I should be benching over 405 right now but I have a nagging pec strain on the left pec that I never really took care of seriously which is holding me back from making serious progress... and the pec strain feels like a knot in my pec....

You know what would make it even harder? doing full reps. not 4 reps with 1/3 ROM i dont think that would yield any strength gains. Not hating, im just saiyan
