good to hear! I dont know how you did cardio after your leg workout, but more power to ya if you can do that...lol....I cant.

dinner: boiled egg, 100 cal crackers, 1 lofat string cheese, 100 cal cookies
8/11-8/13 Tony Robbins seminar - no gym, but lots of jumping & dancing! Walked on Fire! Burned some calories- hehe!
I did take my IntraXCell daily, generally at night. Today, back to the routine!

8/25/07 & 8/26/07 Rest days. Did morning walk & ate clean, but no gym workout. Skipped dinner Sun night and this helped get me over the hump so I'm under 160 at last!

Took IntraXCell about 15 minutes prior & 5 minutes after.
Food:
Bfast: fruit (1/2 peach, strawberries, pineapple, mango)
lunch: couscous salad, spinach, 4 veg sushi rolls
Dinner: 3 slices pizza, diet coke
water: 1.5 liters (see what happens when I don't drink enough water - I break down & eat pizza! it's the water's fault! :-)
Felt pretty tired after leg work out & seemed like a strain to get to 15 reps. Pushed the weights up where I could. Must've worked though because my quads & hams are nice and sore now (the following day)! Ouch. Today, 8/28/07 will be my last day on my IntraXCell supply. I will post photos & final thoughts tomorrow.

Please excuse my 2 day delay. Got sidetracked with a big project & had 2 rest days.
Morning walk - 35 minutes
Night time workout:
bench press bar+20/25# 15/10/8
dumbell flys 20#/side 15 3 (totally to failure w/spotting at end)
chest press dumbells 25/side 8 3 (from this point on things got really tough! Could barely do the weight I did last time.)
verticle nitro chest 50# 15/10 1/2
cable pressdowns 30#(rope)/40#(bar) 12/9/12 1/2
tricep extension 50# 15/20 2/1
Followed by 20 minutes cardio on stairclimber. Took IntraXCell about 15 minutes prior and ran out so there was no dosage for followup.
Really felt I was working to total failure. Total.

I wish I knew how to imbed the photos into the message body & put a caption on them. Shucks. For anyone viewing the attachments, please note that the photos with the green tank top are the BEFORE photos, and the small blue top are the AFTER shots. I think the after shots show obvious definition & improvement.

Great progress Kat!! You obviously did a great job with your nutrition and training during this log  I'm sure the IntraXCell didnt hurt either
