last stats i saw on him were 6'4" 440lbs. i think he recently lost a lot fo weight though

I have found this to be a good site, with many people who offer good work out and diet advice as well as moral support.
However, a few people on the site do not play well with others, but that is the price of an open forum.

Damn thats big, he said he lost 140lbs though so maby he's around 300lbs now, still thats very, very big for how lean he is.

It's nice to have such a world class powerlifter on the boards and it would be great if all the skinny teens that just got done with 1 month of rippertoes would stop running their mouth about how "fat" someone squatting more than most of them total is.

Actually I seen him is Berks PA with Joe Mazza and he DID have to walk funny through the single doors of the gym  It was hilarious because we all saw the opening bench of 575 and then seen him walk through the door practicaly sideways and were like, "yeah thats the guy", and then to our amazement the little guy hiding behind him coming out the door hit his opener and benched 615@165(mazza). The energy they brought to the gym was a sight to see. The place was dead until Big Mike was like, "yo people give my boy some noize hes goin for a freeegin world record here!!!" Then everyone started cheering to the sounds of Loose Yourself
Great to see ya Mike! Lookin crazy at the low weight just like at the heavy weight (as if 300 is low  )

Mike although you have a 1220lbs squat, im sure there are kids in the teen forum that can out squat you, thats just one thing you have to learn about bb.com
