I have his "Kick A$$ and Take Names" & "Combat Conditioning" books. The books themselves hold a wealth of information for those who do not want to train with weights. He really focuses on three major moves or exercises. They are the hindu squat, the hindu pushup, and the back bridge. All three really give you a good workout, but have to be done in high numbers. I did 200 hindu squats in a row, and my legs were on fire for days. I tried his theory for a few months, and found myself drawn back to the old fashion iron.
