Question Shoulder Popping

Since I began lifting about 2 months ago, my shoulders have started popping while lifting (shoulder press, fly machine, etc...). Is this normal? Anything I can do to help ease this?

Does it hurt? It could be a personal physiological thing, and can go on without problem.. However, it could mean upcoming injury.

My shoulder pops when I do a lot of exercises. It has happened for years. Since I don't experience any pain, I haven't worried too much about it. Hasn't caused me any problems either.
