Very lagging chest

Its always been far less developed than the rest of the muscle groups. and I was wondering how I could actually make it grow. I hear dumbell press works well but should I do it with higher weight, lower reps (say 5x8) or lower weight, highter reps? (5x12)

strength is fine but size is not good

what is your current routine?

if strength is fine, then i suggest adding more higher-rep sets
