Angry very off days

hey guys jus wondering if you could help me out with a problem i had 2day ive been training relli well for the past month or so and seeing sum results in strength and size..well results dat only i can tell but anyways..i missed my workout yesterday cuz i felt extremly tired and 2day all my lifts were jus crap..my bench was horrible..i usually go lighter den heavier..it went the opposite way 2dai..heavier den lighter usually go harder..anyways i fell over during my squat..dat relli shook me up doe..now i dont lift overly heavy weights but i do go hard my training is 4 times a week with a break on wed..is it jus an off day..any advice does dat happen to you guys..any info would be througly appreciated..cheers

everyone has off days man, just take your time, wait for the time in the day when you feal most awake, then hit the weights. do your reps slowly on squats, make sure you warm up with lighter weights to let your body get the feal of the movment, this way u mite not fall over

I go by wat my body says mate - I can't be arsed then no point training because im not going to put the effort in. Don't worry just do what you feel like doing. I just had a week rest
