Psycosis after training
Can anyone give me an idea on how to deal with this?
Basically after a good workout, my body crashes onto the verge of collapse where I feel I'm actully going to pass out or have a hear attack. I'll explain my diet for the day and workout plan and what happened.
DIET
07:30
2 Scoops Whey Protein
07:50
5g Argenine, 5g Glutamine, 15g BCAA's. 1 Multivitamin
10:00
2 Scoops Whey Protein
12:30
Chicken and Salad Sandwich
15:00
Turkey and Salad Sandwich
18:00
2.5 Scoops NOS Blast. (drink half a serving)
18:30(immedaite pre workout)
2 Scops Whey Protein. Handful of Jelly Babies for energy
During workout
Reminder of NOS Blast
Immediate Post Workout
5g Glutamine. 15g BCAA's
WORKOUT
Deadlifts - Bar x 15, 10k x 15, 20k x 15, 40k x 15, 50k x 15, 60k x 10, 70k x 10, 82.5k x 10, 90k x 6,6,3, 50k x 10, 35k x 10, 20k x 15.
Bicep Bar Curl - Bar x 15, 5k x 15, 10k x 15, 20k x 15, 30k x 10, 40k x 3,6,6, 25k x 8, 10k x 15
Ab crunches and Leg Raises
Then after my intake of BCAA,s etc and when I leave the gym, that when the problem started. At first I felt tired, then I thought I was going to collapse. Then after a protein and creatine recovery drink I became restless and had difficulty relaxing and felt like I was haiving a panic attack and I was unable to communicate.
What is it? Reaction to supplements?
Overtraining?
Lack of Blood Sugar?
Help?
This is kind of a one off nnormally after a big workout I feel fine. Tired but happy.

I would add 1 more set of deadlifts.
But seriously, drink more water, have something more substantial pre workout (to avoid blood sugar drop), and make sure you're getting some fast digesting carbs post workout.

Hey Krashslaughta
Try drinking more water doing you workout, you could alsow try eating som fruit, I have had the same problem whit my hart after my chest workouts, that was couple of months ago, but now after drinking more water and eating lots of banana?s , allsow I recomed for preworkout meal, firm food, have some chicken or a steak and some peatotes and save the protein shake for the postworkout meal, then you are sure that you body have all to proteins it needs.
I dont think the problems you have has any thing to do whit you suplements, it looks to me like prety normale suplements...

That looks like an awful way to train deadlifts, if I were you I'd try 3x3, 3x10 being the highest reps you should really do for that movement.

Try having carbs pwo.
If that doesn't do it, you need a doctor. Any close relatives with diabetes?

Cheers for the advice. I gotta admit I tried to train 3x3 and 3x5 but I don't get the same buzz as I do with longer sessions and high volume. I'll incorporate it for a week or so tho see how I go

No history of diabetes in the family and I had a test for it a while ago which was fine.
I took a pre workout meal of Strawberries, Banana, Natural Yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey 45 minutes before training with 40g immediate pre-workout. Felt much better.
I also think I'm not eating enough solid food so I'm trialing that as well as opposed to shakes

X2 definitely the NOS. Stop taking it. Take NOX-CG3 instead. Same stuff, but no crappy caffeine stimulation.
What is happening is you are burning all your energy and the caffeine is still in your system. so your body shuts down, but your brain can't and it causes anxiety, sweating, increased HR, panicking, etc. It is a terrible feeling, been there. Taking supps that mess with your HR is in my opinion not a great idea because you are already elevating your HR during training.
Good luck man.

Wow
2 sandwiches all day and the rest are supps...and then you complain about not feeling right.
I'm thinking natural selection.

Your diet is terrible. You have no fats, not nearly enough for a ketogenic diet, and no carbohydrates. Head over to the nutrition section and read the stickies.
