Shaving isn't for me... And unless your competing I personally think it's queer to shave armpits... I shave my pubs though, and alot of you kids probably still to young to know about that stuff

I turn my lawnmower upside down and lean over really carefully with my arms overhead until the desired amount of armpit or pubic hair is removed. Of course, I only have seven fingers and one nut since the accident, but I am very well groomed!

really though, just trim it if you don't compete or aren't rediculously huge. Kinda gay otherwise.

i dont think there is anything wrong with it, i shave mine and i am straight. I just do it because my deodorant always clumps up in my pit hair and that gets annoying. Trimming would probably be a better option though, im probably going to give that a try. As for pubes, if youre sexually active it's a good idea to trim them, depending on the girl, most girls dont like it to be a wild forest down there. Then again, there are some girls who do.

I razor everything down, i think it just looks better, when i don't shave the pits, it always seems like i pit out every shirt i wear, but when they are shaved, its not as bad, cause the anti persperant is directly on the skin, but thats just my perspective... i wouldn't do it unless your prepared for the shaming that comes with it tho, most people think its weird, but you get used to that haha....

You just answered your own question. When I was young, I made the mistake of listening to one of my brother's hugely metrosexual friends and wasted some money on overpriced clothes. Luckily for me, I realized early that metrosexuals are ridiculous people and although they do attract girls, the type of girl they attract is often just as ridiculous and not a good example of what real women are like. Dressing nice is one thing, but spending hundreds of dollars on pants and shaving **** that was not meant to be shaved on guys is just the most unnecessary lifestyle (in my opinion).

oh i just realized you said "my female friends", I thought you were talking about male metrosexual friends. Well if they are your friends, shaving your armpits is probably not going to allow you to get with any of them. In fact they'll probably be even less attracted to you actually listened to their nonsense. I don't mean to insult your friends but girls that actively prefer metrosexuals over manly men are generally bad news.

I just realized that we can't be making this decision without actually knowing how much hair we're talking about. If you can see clumps of hair bulging out, then a trim might be in order. Its the same way about your ballhair, a little trim never hurt anybody when it starts to get too much. But shaving completely off? hell no
Your hair catches sweat, you're gonna need some of it. Think about sitting there in class when its hot then you start sweating and it's got nothing to trap it. You might even get a rash if you sweat a lot with no hair. Biology built you this way for a reason, don't slap him in the face completely.

i totally agree. as weird as this sounds, there's this girl that wants me to shave my legs(which are not hairy at all). I told her I'm not comfortable with that. She said she thought it was sexy.
