question about Lipo 6

Alright? so I tried the Lipo 6 the other day. I only took one tablet in the morning before spinning class, thought for sure it would give me the extra push I needed to lose this last 10lbs? Well I have been cutting alot of stuff from my diet, such as carbonated beverages, coffee, soda, pretty much anything with caffine, for at least the last month. So I assuming my body is extra sensetive to caffine now. The next day I had a horrible headache for most of the day, and I think it was related to taking this. I know it wasnt because I didnt stay hydrated cause I always drink plenty of water. But I am just curious if anyone knows as to why it would have had this effect on me? Or if I am just reading into this to much, and I just had a headache.. Should I continue to take it, I have not taken it since, but if its a good product, and if I will see results from it I dont want to stop taking it. I just wanted something to give me the extra engery at the gym, and I have been reading everywhere about this Lipo 6 so I figured it must be pretty good. Does anyone have any suggestions as to if I should try something else? Or if I should give this another chance, and just bear with it? Thanks so much..
