Cool Swimming

I Swim Anywhere From 1500-3000 Yards @ A Time Non-stop. Some Times My Feet & Hands Cramp Up, &/or I Feel Like I'm Going To Throw-up. Am I Over Doing It? Could It Be Too Hot At The Time? I Mostly Swim Mid-day In Florida. Thanks For Any Coments You May Have!
