2lb whey tub goes kinda fast
I bought a 2lb tub of six star pro strength whey For $15. I have 2 scoops, twice a day. So it's gonna be done in about a week. Do you think I would get more muscle growth for the money if I had 1 scoop twice a day or should I just stick with 2 scoops? Which would be more efficient?

As long as you're getting protein it doesn't matter. I see the same gains whether I drink shakes all day or have cans of tuna. Personally I prefer having shakes, they taste better and its much easier. I work almost full time/always with my girlfriend/school's starting. Its very hard for some people to sit home and cook chicken all day.

Well i figure I should have atleast 1 when I wake up and 1 PWO
cuz a lot of people say have sum when you first wakeup to get protein in your system fast since you've been without it for 10 hrs

just buy more but get the big tubs (6lbs). They don't cost that much, upwards of 30$.

I would have gotten a bigger tub, but the stuff I got only comes in 2lbs and It says its better than "average whey" it has "muscle growth accelerators" and has creatine and some other things mixed in with it.

Just use 2 scoops postworkout and have a breakfast in the morning. If you have eggs, granola, peanut butter, anything you will get the protein in time. It's not like an extra 20 mins of digestion time is gonna suck your gains dry.

mix it with milk then the milk goes fast too. i go through a gallon every one or two days... that would eventually cost more buying the milk than the protein.

your question is so ambiguous its impossible to give a direct answer, it depends completely on how much you weigh, how much exercise you do, the other things you eat etc. If your getting enough protein from other food sources you wouldn't need more than 1 scoop of whey apart from post w/o when its handy (quickly absorbed) but if your protein consumption is not up to what it should be then the more the better. If your trying to put on weight I would stay on the safe side and take 2 scoops a day, 1 in the morning and 1 post w/o. Buy a big 15lb bag though it'll last a lot longer and will be cheaper in the long run.

dont remind me. I used to buy that **** when i first started liftin, it tasted so bad. Now i buy gnc 6lb tubs. I rarely use it though, i get it more from foods now
