Anyone Else Feel Itchy..and Tingley while....
Well Im just started taking Controlled Labs Purple Wraath and Green Magnitude.. Well i take the MAg before workout and while i workout i take the Wraath maybe towards the middle of my workout that **** starts to make me itchy and tingely.. like everywere especially my face.. it only last when iam working out.. and maybe about 15 min after.. I jsut wanted to know if anyone else felt the same while taking this..
maybe its cuz i just started.. eventually go away..

It's from the BA in PW, perfectly normal. Many experience the BA "tingles".

If you want to be a smart-a$$, tell them this...
The prickling, called parathesia, is caused by the Beta-Alanine binding to nerve receptors, activating them and causing them to discharge / fire. The intensity varies depending on dosing, sensitivity and potentially from activators of Ca2+ channels, such as caffeine. Carbs will also attenuate the sensation.

This is normal in the beginning. I had it the first time but after you take it for a while you do not get tingles.

when I was taking PW I chugged 2 scoops about 15 min pre...talk about the tingles

Ive never gotten BA tingles And Ive had 3 servings of PW within an hour...it was a good workout though!

I don't get the BA tingles either. No worries though, the BA/PW is still doing it's job even if you don't get them

I don't know why some of you people like the tingles. I freaking hate it. One time the tingles isolated in my eyebrows , which drove me crazy.
