I bought syntha 6 for 21 dollars bought 3 tubs of the 2.9lbs for a total of like 72 dollar shipped within 3 days.

Ive tasted muscle milks chocolate and it was amazing. tried many others, like gnc's whey and it was horrible, also IGF pro-cherry isnt all that great.

so what are people's opinions on muscle milk? im due for a new tub of prot within the next few days. i remember a while back there was a big story about an ingredient in muscle milk that alot of people were saying was harmful, even fatal, was that ingrediant removed?

i just dont like how its high in fat, i mean yeah it tastes amazing, but i know there are great tasting proteins that have better ingredients then that. also im thinking about Syntha-6.

Muscle Milk has a "light" version where they keep the protein levels up but lower the carbs a bit and lower the fats noticeably.

or, you could just buy the Muscle Milk and do 1 scoop of that with 1 scoop of straight protein powder

what would you reccomend between MM "light" and Syntha-6. its pretty much already been proven that they both taste great, so take that out, which one would you beck now based on quality, absorption or lacking somethin that the other doesnt? thanks

Syntha-6 man, its wayyy better quality, and a better protein blend, between those 2, syntha is the clear winner. Go for it.

im now taking three different types of protein, but if u take syntha-6 as they recomend, 2 scoops 2-4 times daily at 2 times thats only 15 days i did 3 and well it was a little over a week.

VPX Zero Carb or Zero Impact Graham Cracker (MRP or in the jug) is the best one I've ever tried. I haven't ever taken any weight gainers, though I'm sure they taste delicious because of all those high GI carbs and sugars. Plus the MRP has healthy fats and all healthy carbs. What more do you want?

actually i hated extreme milk chocolate, double rich is for me, but my roommate raelly like the extreme, i just didnt like the taste.

mix 2 scoops of syntha-6 with a little bit of milk(its my bedtime shake, soon to be matrix 5.0(hope thats good)) and it tastes like a chocolate brownie, and otherwise thats the only shake during the day i dont just swallow down.

Alos i throw instant coffee in my afternoon whey shake, tastes good, and i get some caffeine to keep metabolsim in check.

How does that taste??..the coffee with whey?..i might try that soon...
