In your scenario, something like SAN Infusion might be worth a try:

I like the Cinnamon Oatmeal flavor

Protein and carbs. More speicifcally I would opt for whey protein and some kind of low-GI carb (e.g., oatmeal). There are some supplements on the market which tout themselves as 'end-all be-all' post-workout-nutrtiion formulas (yeah--they'll go unnamed--due to these, um, interesting new quote-unquote "rules"). In reality, you are getting screwed on what literally is just protein, carbs, and maybe some creatine. Which, are all dirt-cheap themselves, costing literally pennies a serving. Said formulas will try to tout that their protein source--e.g., hydrosylate proteins--actually make a difference in terms of body composition. However, they hinge this claim due to the "speed" or probably more accurately put, how the given protein source would assimlate and be digested. The fact is, as Alan Aragon has stated oh-so-many times, is if your pre-workout nutrition is intact, it really doesn't matter how "fast" your post-workout nutrition is given the "hand-off" effect that happens.
To re-iterate the above: don't fall for "ultimate" post-workout formulations.
PU's suggestion on Infusion however I have no problem with: for the protein blend alone, it's worth a shot (well--and the taste is "pretty damn good" in my eyes).

Supplemental glutamine is useless. This has been discussed numerous amounts of times.
Purple WRAATH has gotten a ton of recommendations and for good reason. For what you are looking for, this seems to be your best option. Also, for the price, it is a great value.
I will third the SAN Infusion - the stuff tastes great.
