time to poop? again?
alright so im eating between 2500-3500 calories a day 250-300 grams protein 500g carbs 30-40 g fiber and i seriously poop 3-5 times a day. this all started about 2 1/2 months ago when i completyely changed my diet and exercise routine from non existent to perfect. i am trying to figure out why i poop so much its annoying.
oh and i weigh 250 at 21 % bodyfat if that matters
as far as supplements
creatine
2-3 protein shakes a day
zma
cytolean
figh oil
multi
glutamine

Ha ha I dunno but I've really cleaned my diet up recently and am trying to get 150 - 180g protein in and I've found the same thing.
2 dumps by 10am already!!

i hope ur poop is whole.. but thats a lot of protein.. i take in about 160-180 at 140 and i find maybe pooping once a day if that .. dunno whats up

im 250 lbs its a perfect amount of protein and i lift a ****load of weight so i gotta make sure im eating enough. but seriously this pooping thing is ridicolous, and yes they are healthy poops full not stringy or seperated.

u said u have been on ur diet for a lil bit.. i really dont know what is causing this.. it seems kind of odd.. maybe give ur body more time to adjust? maybe some of ur food / protein is just giong to waste i dont know..
kind of strange

yea im making good gains though and iv'e lost 30 lbs in a little over 2 months......anyway i am going to start full on cutting for a month maybe the lack of calories will bring down the pooping a little.

boy i wish i had your problem, i clogged up like the george washington bridge during rush hour. i have plenty of fiber too
it feels much better to free flowin rather than having just air thats blowin

hahaha thats awesome, my friend and workout partner eats just like me but he has about a gallon of milk a day i only take maybe half or less a day cant **** 3 times a week to save his life lol

once per meal? some dudes eat 6-8 meals a day around here. they might as well walk around with a colostomy bag according to your recommendation

It could be the types of foods you are eating.
Ex:
lots of fruit and dairy.
High in fiber
maybe you arent using as many cals as you think, and your body is making more waste.
Do you have any food allergies?

I've been having the same problem for about a year now, also from eating healthy. It can get annoying if you are out on a Friday or Saturday night trying to find toilets free of urethral misfires.

I had a muscle milk shake on my drive into work today, then I had a coffee here at work. BIG MISTAKE!!! I've visited the loo twice already this morning, and it feels like someone punched me in the stomach. Ugghhh.

I poop about 3-4 solid poops a day, too. I am bulking on about 4000 cals/day.

Yeah i hate it when it breaks off and you have to wipe until raw. Then u got to go the the gym and do cardio and hope u didnt miss any.
