I'm probably about 10 lbs. heavier in this picture, but my deadlift is about 100-120lbs. stronger than it was in my avatar.

You have a pretty thick back and its big. My only suggestion is that you should work on your shoulders a little more. It could just be the angle, but it looks like your shoulders are a bit small compared to the rest. Just some honest criticism. You still look amazing, nevertheless.

Yeah, I'm trying to do more rear deltoid work to bring them up a bit. My frontal deltoids are decently sized, so my rear look relatively weaker.

It looks like your lower back is trying to bust through the skin.
edit: I love it.

I don't measure. I think it's easy to get lost into the numbers when I really just want to have an aesthetically pleasing physique. Obivously, if my arms look like they're lacking (as my triceps did for quite some time), I will prioritize them, but I think measurements do nothing more than discourage those who at already working as hard as they can. Then numbers will discourage you inititally but will change eventually, but focusing on a particular vision will keep you optimistic and forward-looking.

How many calories above maintenance do you eat every day when trying to gain muscle?
I know you keep protein high, but what are your thoughts on the other macronutrients? (for gaining muscle mass)

Usually my routine has me deadlifting about 500 for 2 reps at the end of my workouts. I'm trying to hit 600, so I'll keep you posted. My back really started to take off after I began deadlifting, so I highly recommend them.

I doubt you need to be told you're a beast and have done an amazing job. Great work, a diamond in the rough for the teen forum.
