What Is The Best Workout To Strengthen Core Stability?
What are the benefits of strengthening core stability?
The benefits of strengthening your core stability are many, including better balance, improved performance while playing sport, and a more stable center of gravity (the center of gravity for your body is generally around your trunk and pelvis) for performing dynamic movements that are used in sports ie basketball, tennis etc.

Who would be interested in strengthening their core stability?
Most people that participate in sports like tennis, basketball, boxing etc that require coordinated movement between bursts of running/movement from their legs and strength and upper body speed and strength to react to their opponents.
