Had some morning cardio, later, lifted same circuit as before. However, only one set. Pushed for 40 reps, had a rough time hitting it.
Going to mess around a bit with protein/carbs and see if I can get some cuts or something. Try to get some photos this Sunday if weather permitting.

Just a little time left. This has been a great experience. When I talk to people about working out, all I can talk about is this contest. I know we have all worked hard and everyone should be very proud of where they are. I hope this contest doesn't end everyones training but more like the first step in you physical fitness. Taking time off from weights until this is over. Just some diet and cardio til the end. Will take some photos this Sunday weather permitting. Then some more on Thursday. See how it comes out.

Hi all, so today is SUNDAY here the 12th of August.
I did my pictures today morning.......because tomorrow I will be pretty bussy - and will have no time to make it.
How I said - after the competition I got rid of all suplements almost and I started to eat about 200g of carbs a day. But my metabolism was pretty slow. So I gained a lot of weight. Mainly in underskin water, but also in fats. I dont know what had happened, but my estrogene levels increased....
These days my weight is under controll again and started to go down. But in fact I think I am in the same shape almost I was on start.... well I am stil learning. For the next time - I have to drop all supplements slowly, eat clean and my diet have to be not so strict.....
You kept me on my track untill my competition in June. Thanks. I have a new goal and new way - and now it is really big!
PS> newspapers are bought yesterday 11th August....

OBF/Gfriedel - How ever this thing pans out; I want to let you know I appreciate everything this competition has provided me. New body, invigorated zest for healthy living, as well as new short and long term life goals. Did not get to post much this week due to the busy-ness of life. I did get some good workouts in. Mostly high reps / low to medium weights for a change-up. Also did some mountain biking today. I leave tomorrow morning for vacation down to Florida and will be getting back Thursday night. So I will probably have to wait til Friday morning to post pics. I took some back-up pics earlier just in case.
Hope everyone who hasn't posted yet has a good final week. Bronwyn- your pics still look great no matter what, and Baggy- hmmmm, what can I say??? I think my thoughts would best be expressed in the words of Wayne and Garth...

For me to announce the truth, I have fallen off of the band wagon. Not with my diet but with making sure I do my cardio etc...I will still post my final pictures, but with working so much and trying to finish school, and take care of the family, my results won't be wait I was going for...so for now...I have really enjoyed this contest, it is was amazing to be able to be apart of it; I would like to do another one in the near future...Good Luck to everyone!!!

Well here are mine
I didn't get where i wanted but i did managae to add more definition to my back. After those two bodybuilding comps my weight did shoot back up from 153 to 162 but in the pics im at 156. But the whole experience was worth my time. I will compete in another probably in the spring.
