Put on some muscle?
What supplements would u say is the best to take for putting on muscle and not putting on fat? I'm already taken Muscle Milk.

Take in note im 5'9 - 5'10 and weigh 150 what would be better muscle milk or whey?

lol again. Do you workout? You keep making these threads on supplements. It sounds like you expect miracles. They don't do anything unless you have a good diet.

The supplements wont help unless you lift,if you are a lifter I would go with whey.

Whey is just protein guys...I would hardly call it a supplement. If your already getting enough protein in meals than you dont need whey. Whey doesnt make your muscles bigger really...its the working out that does. Whey is just getting your protein to where the muscles can grow. Also...if you dont working out hard enough and your diet isnt strict enough...then supps will do nothing for you. My advice is to get a good routine and diet plan going before you start taking supps.

Stick to Whey my friend (Sythna-6 or ON100%) - Pre-Workout- Post workout-
Casein before bed or in the morning.

Im taking protein, oviously very good to gain nice muscle.,,,,,creatine helps with the motivation ie NOXPLODE.

ive always taken whey......i recently started taking muscle milk for the casien protein.....since then ive gained aloott of muscle.
