on the top is my bodyweight on the side is the weight added. depending on my bodyweight at the time; the highlighted numbers are where I would attempt to beat my world record and how much weight I would use.
I'll get witnesses together when I get to 425 total and 450 total

I would say just go for it if you think you can improve upon 36. Dont be like me and put way too much pressure on yourself before every attempt and psych yourself out. If you get 37, 38, 39, its still awesome, and an improvement. I tend to do better when I dont really care as much and can relax a bit. You know 40 is coming soon, so if not today, maybe next week. I wonder how many people in the world can currently do 40 legit pullups right now.

My endurance is down quite a bit from when I got 25 bw reps (contest), but my max bw reps is up to 27. My max 1 rep is down a bit too, but my reps with 45lbs and 100lbs are up.

Ouch, I use gloves now when doing the 100 for time, or I use the grip where the top of the bar is rests on your fingers and the thumb wraps all the way around.

10 pounds or so. That is definitely part of it. But my 300lbs for reps is up too...One reason my 1 rep max might have gone down a bit, is I am being stricter now.
