supplement schedule??
So this is what I put together to take. (I want to lose fat, about 20-25 lbs)
NOW Acetyl-L Carnitine
RPN DCP
Higher Power Nutrition Green Tea Extract
Designer Supps Glucophase XR
My diet is as follows:
M1: 1/2 cup oats with water, 2 egg whites, cup coffee
WORKOUT
PW: 1 scoop Elite whey with water, 1/2 banana
M2: nonfat yogurt
M3: lean protein with vegetables
M4: nonfat yogurt
M5: lean protein with vegetables
M6: 1/2 cup f/f cottage cheese
So, my question is when should I take the supplements? What should the schedule look like???

I would take the DCP three times daily. Spread out evenly.
I would ditch the ALCAR, as DCP has a better form of carnitine in it.
I would take the glucophase with higher carb meals.
I would just space the Green Tea out as well.

30 minutes before breakfast: 1 glucophase XR
With breakfast: 1 green tea extract
With snack post workout: 2 DCP, 1 Acetyl L-carnitine
With lunch: 1 tea extract
With snack: 2 DCP, 1 glucophase, 1 Acetyl L-carnitine

Nice, DCP is one of my favorites!
One thing that I would mention is not to over-do the green tea extract. Don't mega-dose or anything like that.
Also, make sure you keep your water intake high.

That sounds good. You may want to bump up the water intake a bit more if you're going to be in heat/humidity while working out. Better to be safe than sorry. Best of luck, you should like the stack!

Hope it works!  I'm actually taking 1/2 the recommended dose of green tea. As for my water intake, I drink at least 1 gallon daily.
