Super Sets
30 y/o 71" female...here's my Q...do Super Sets give you "roughly" the same caloric expenditure as performing a circuit trng workout? I have lost approx. 45# YTD and would like to lose 15-20 more before year's end. I enjoy lifting and I lift heavy. Work with a trainer periodically. Just wanted some insight on this. I do keep a food journal and count calories so I wanted a better idea of what my net caloric intake is. Thanks in advance.
