Help My Mom Please?? Plans??

Does anybody have a good suggestion for like a good diet and workout routine and stuff for my mom who is pretty obeise, she wont tell me her weight, but i would guess over 200 somewhere. So what do you guys think? And she does some wateraerobics thing every morning or every other morning.

I would start by saying she needs to start getting more water in her diet. Start eating 5-6 small meals a day. Have her make small changes from junk food to fruit and veggies. Have her incorporate some other cardio besides water areobics. Better yet get her on this site.
Help her out and pack lunches for the both of you.
