So here it is, time to get a journal started. I've been really f***ing inconsistent these past few months. I have a f***ing gym in my house and haven't had time to work out for all the stuff goin on. I've cut some college hours till summer because of too many work hours...
So here I am... No more excuses!
I'm tryin to hit a 4 day split with chest, back, legs, shoulders. Cardio a few times a week. Track my diet as best as possible. Time to get swole!

Just did some legs. I've had some knee injuries in the past from football having a torn mcl and meniscus sergery so I'm going really light till I get some confidence and balance back.
Squat

Dumbbell lunge

Dumbbell SLDL
20x8x3
Calf raise w/ bodyweight
20/16/15
Gonna be sore tomorrow.
