Listen to these two.

Well, listen. That means you dont have near enough equipment necessary. I went to elitefts.com and got myself a $250 squat rack and it works fine. If not go to a gym that's cheaper. If you dont then you cant really expect much results with the equipment at hand. Just stick to bodyweight exercises.

Your problem is definitely the weight. You shouldn't be benching less than I lateral raise. You definitely aren't going anywhere near failure. Increase the weight so you can barely get 8 reps.

It looks like you are going in the right direction, you have a good build to work off of man. Just keep leisurely lifting. Don't wear yourself out. You're young, you are in a good situiation, just bulk up man. It's alright, it's all mental. Just go for it.

yea bally is a greattt gym, cheap too.
anyway, you dont need to go to the gym EVERYDAY.
i only train 3 times. Since your still not advanced, or intermediate, you should stick to 3 times a week, upper/lower body or routine like rippetoe or HST. I'm currently doing HST right now.

Good, now just train harder than ever now that you're going to the gym- make sure you fail on the last rep. Also, do you mind posting your diet?

hey
try this routine this works for me i have added 60 pounds on the bench in ten months would've been more but i was out for three weeks with a injury.
it dont matter what days of the week you do this on
train biceps and chest
4x7 bench when you get to eight add five pounds on
4x7 bicep curls
4x how many reps you want to do bent over barbell row
this works for me. my arms went from 9.5 inches to 12 inches in two months. my chest went from about 31 to 35 inches. i am skinny i know lol
eat a lot of chicken. thats all i got to say

You need the basics.
Double your food intake. Always have a BIG breakfast and a portion of protein in every meal. Eat at least every 3 hours. Eat 1 cup of cottage cheese and a couple of big globs of peanut butter before bed every night.
The big compound lifts are what will put mass on you: Deadlifts, Row/Pulls, Squat and bench. That is truly all you need at this time.
If you want a pre-made program, try this:
Squats and Milk
