Cell-Tech Hardcore Sugars???
I am considering taking CELL TECH HARDCORE- But i am concerned about the 75 grams of sugars. Yes i know it is a blend of Dextrose, maybe i am old school but 75 grams of any sugars equals unwanted fat, Can someone tell me different? or give me feed back on CELL TECH HARDCORE?

I haven't taken the Hardcore version yet, but have had the original Cell-Tech. Yes, it's high in sugars, for that reason I only took half the recommended serving (that and I was a cheap skate), but it did seem to work well for me. I think their thought with all the sugar is that since you are taking it post work-out, it will help to spike your blood sugar and trigger an insulin response to help get more nutrients into the muscle...they may not be far off, because I know a few people who have had good results with it...

IMO Hardcore is no different than the regular this creatine by MT is over priced granted it is creatine and it does work like most creatine, but there are cheaper alternatives out there such as green mag by controlled labs. In fact after I finished my two tubs of cell tech hardcore I immdetiatly switched over to green mag and put on 5lbs (water of course, but hey hydration of a muscle is better than dehydration) in about week and half. I always intake same amount of water gallon to gallon and half/day.

Very interesting point your bring up. I am currently on Green Mag, so do you think if/when I switch over and try Cell-Tech Hardcore, I will lose hydration in my muscles? Very interested to pay attention to this and see how it goes...

just ordered 2 more tubs of Celltech. I love it. The reason for the amount of dextrose is to take it post workout to recover lost glycogen during excercise.

Cell-tech Hardcore is a perfect post-workout creatine recovery supplement. You don't have to take a full serving of cell-tech hardcore either if you don't want it has plenty of creatine. The sugar along with oads of other ingredients will seruisly spike your insulin levles up. Honestly I don't think there is a better post-workout creatine to take. It has 44 clincal studies to prove it's effectiveness with alot of other research as well. As for gaining fat like I said don't take a full serving if you don't want but I doubt you will gain that much fat from it after an extremley intense workout.
