Superdrol Log

Tomorrow I will begin my Superdrol Cycle. I have already preloaded with Milk Thistle and have gradually upped my calories over the last week as well as took a week off from the gym.

Beginning Stats/Measurements

Weight: 177lbs
Bodyfat: 13.5% (12-13mm supraillic skinfold average)
Shoulders: 49.25
Chest: 41
Biceps: 14.75 (L) 14.5 (R)
Forearms: 13(L) 13.125 (R)
Thighs: 21.75 (L) 22 (R)
Calves: 14.25 (L) 14.25 (R)

Dosage

Week 1: SD 10mg, Milk Thistle 1000mg, Red Yeast Rice Plus 1 Cap, Fish/Flax Caps, Zinc 50mg

Week 2: SD 20mg, Milk Thistle 1000mg, Red Yeast Rice Plus 1 Cap, Fish/Flax Caps, Zinc 50mg

Diet will consist of roughly 3000 calories per day on a 40/40/20 split of Carbs, Protein, and Fats. Staple foods include, eggs/egg whites, chicken breast, ON whey protein, natty PB, oats, whole wheat cereal, skim milk, cottage cheese, whole wheat bread with some other various foods like yogurt, various greens, and some fruits. This will put me right around 300g of protein per day which is on key since I have approx. 150 pounds of LBM. I will have 1 cheat day per week where I eat a little bit less lean foods, but will make sure that the calories as well as protein and carbs are on point while fat intake may be off slightly.

Each day I will post what time I take Superdrol and other supplements, what I eat and what time I eat it, and what I do at the gym that particular day. I want to be at the gym around 10 or 11am each day. I am a bartender, so it wont be any earlier than this so I can get my 7-8 hours of sleep each night. I want to keep everything as consistent as possible. Stay tuned!

Notes
Felt good energy today and felt pretty strong. I attribute that mainly to the fact that I am eating way more as opposed to the last 2 months of cutting. The pumps were normal through my upper body, however, my chest seemed to get a slightly better pump than normal. I have always seen veins within my chest, but seemed so far down like they would never come to the surface. Today I actually was able to have them pop out like the veins in my forearms! Digestive system seems to be firing on all cylinders. On another note, shakes with ground oats in them are nauseating. This may be the hardest part of this cycle, hopefully I can get a bit more used to them. Today it seems like all I have done is eat eat eat. I guess this is a good thing.

Notes
I pushed myself to levels never thought possible today while doing my leg workouts. My legs are like jello right now and every step and movement is very labored. I also sweat like CRAZY. It was ridiculous. I also went through 32 oz of water easily whereas before I would struggle to put down 12-16oz. Im pretty sure my -1 lb weigh in was due to 2 things. 1) Monday was the day after a big cheat day which accounted for the extra weight at the weigh in perhaps 2) I worked an AM shift today and sweat nonstop for about 4.5 hours. Im not disappointed at all, I was kinda worried I would start gaining a bit too fast in this first week with the increase of calories. I don’t want to gain too fast right away since Im sure it will be a decent amount of fat before the Superdrol really gets started around the second week like most people say it does. Heading out to a party tonight…muuuust rreeeessssiiiist beeeeer!!!

My bis/tris/forearms have reached a level of soreness (good) that I have not been able to achieve in a long time. I think it is because I changed up my workout a bit and also had more intensity than normal. I think tomorrow I will take a day off from the gym, Im not sure yet though. Notes
Legs are still sore, but recovering. My arms seem a bit fuller as well as my chest. Its either a nice pump lasting from the last workout or maybe a bit of water weight. Who knows. Maybe its all in my head. I needed the day off from the gym after pushing myself like crazy the last 3 days. Tomorrow will be Shoulders/Back. Its going to be a long workout, but my energy levels have been great so Im not worried.

Starting to get a bit worn down with this high intensity workout and my 65 hour work weeks, it takes its toll. Gotta do what you gotta do though! Shoulder workout was nice, but I decided not to do back. I listened to my body and I was feeling not at full strength to start the back portion of the workout. I will do it tomorrow first thing on my ab/calf day since that doesnt take too much out of me. Noticing a bit of dry mouth in the first few hours of the day. Maybe its just the AM not being hydrated from sleeping all night or maybe its because I just took the Superdrol. Once I get a Liter of water in me, Im fine.

I figure I would take measurements at the end of each week, but wasn’t expecting any size gains this first week. I did, however, notice that I was looking slightly fuller when I looked at myself in the mirror the past 2 days. I am extremely happy with these gains. I would like to see what my bodyfat and weight are tomorrow. Hopefully the bodyfat didn’t jump too much, if any. I will update this summary tomorrow afternoon when I post my day 8 log as I start 20mg of Superdrol a day. I cant wait to see the gains on 20mg if I already made these size gains on 10mg.

i felt strong last week. this week i will see if my weights go up or if they remain the same. im sure a few lifts will go up. thats why i decided to log my workouts in detail so i can document my strength gains along with my weight and measurement gains. i will do chest today and compare my numbers with what i was able to do last week.

Notes
In general, Im a bit tired from working a lot and everything that I do. My days start at 10am and end at 3am. I dont have a break anytime in there really. I did, however, feel even stronger in the gym today than last weeks chest workout. It was easier to do the reps this week than last week while adding 10 pounds to each lift! It was awesome. The pumps are good and Im starting to look noticeably thicker. Im interested to see what I will look like by the end of the week! I updated the week 1 summary a few posts above with ending weight and bodyfat measurements. You can find it in the day 7 log.

Getting noticeably thicker by the day. Im pretty much amazed at this point. Ive only been on 20mg for 2 days now, so these gains were mainly triggered by the 10mg days. The rest of this week should be fun to watch and the 3rd week will just be out of control, hehe. Lifts all went up today as well. Pumps were damn crazy at the gym today. Got a bit of a lower back pump as well, nothing too bad, but it was definitely hurting.

Question. Im taking Milk Thistle also, but as an extact.. its called Silymarin which is 175 mg of standardized Milk Thistle extract per cap, and Im taking 2 of them per day as per directions.

Anybody know how my 175 mg of silymarin MT extract x 2 compares with the 1000 mg of MT listed above?

Lots of energy in the gym as usual. Feeling like a bum and wanting to take a nap now afterwards though. It was a long killer workout today with a lot of sets hitting all parts of my legs and abs. I wont be able to move tomorrow, bleh. My weight is increasing on my lifts like crazy as you can see. My body weight is also starting to absolutely skyrocket. Im up 8lbs so far and my abs are still visible and Im only halfway through the cycle! Im sure Ive gained a bit of fat though since I haven’t been doing cardio since my workouts are so intense. I think in PCT I am going to add 3-4 cardio days to drop what little fat I may have gained over the cycle. What does everyone think about adding Sesathin to my PCT to lean out a bit more?

Hit 187 today, up 10 pounds so far. Im setting my weight goal to be roughly 195 at the end of the cycle for a total gain of 18lbs. Im noticing some more veins Ive never seen before in my life throughout my shoulders and some through my biceps and forearms that never stood out. I wanna take a hell of a nap right now though, thats for sure. Too bad I have 11 hours of work ahead of me starting at 3pm....as usual 6 days per week, haha. Overhead DB Press felt mega-strong today, I could have done 65s, but I wanted to save that strength for front and lateral raises. Shrugs were easy as hell too. Next week I expect to jump the overhead press up another 5lbs per hand and jump the DB Shrugs by 10lbs per hand.

measurements will come, i only do them once per week on sunday. i dont feel like measuring everyday, there isnt a point. keep your eye out on sunday though for the new measurements. scroll up a bit to last sunday and you can see the size gains i have made already. thanks for all the replies, nothing like 20g whey shake, 1 chicken breast, and cottage cheese at 230am, hehe.

oh, and one other thing i wanted to comment on. over the past 3-4 days, i have noticed myself being aggressive as heeellll. i work at a crazy insane bar and i found myself cursing people out and i ran right into a kid with a hand truck full of ice and cut his leg and proceeded to go off on him like there was no tomorrow. i have caught myself getting aggravated at stupid **** like beer not fitting into the cool right, and i broke a door off of its hinges when i opened it because i was just all fired up in the middle of the busy rush, haha. its pretty hilarious when i think back on it, but i definitely have to watch myself and have stopped myself from whooping ass so far. having a wrestling background isnt much of a help either!

Thumbs up Ground oats

I use oat flour in my WO shakes, I don't think I could do the ground oat thing in my shake either. I start my Superdrol monday.

I have some sides to report. I find myself carrying ridiculously heavy things at work on a frequent basis and it doesnt phase me. I get strange looks from people, haha. I flipped out on some waitress hoe in the kitchen today because she was whining about how her feet were hurting. I told her to shut up and she gave me a tittie twister and I just went nuts, haha. I must apologize tomorrow for I have lost it on her a few times already. The boys are still hangin low, havent experienced any really bad sides yet!

Hey Big Trav

Nicely done so far! I've got a good buddy getting ripped as he gains weight taking sesathin, Xtend and creatine ethyl ester, of course whey and stuff, but he thinks sesathin is akin to Jesus so there's his two cents. I'd say take sesathin the whole time you're doing this!
