So, i've been dirty bulking for around a month now...
It's been working great so far with weight gains, but the downside is that I feel like crap all the time and i'm really tired all the time.
I know I should be eating better but I find it really hard to be eating right with my schedule. I mean when i'm busy, I just don't have time to eat right. I just grab something quick and i'm done. Is anyone else in a similar situation?

ah, i used to "dirty bulk" its nice at first but it WILL come back to bite you in the ass, for one, yes you feel like crap because the foods you eat are fried,or too high in sugar like cakes,cookies, etc, and eventually you'l start gaining more fat then muscle then you have to either bulk very very clean, or cut for about a month, eating crappy foods isnt worth it, you'l end up cutting too much.

Im on a dirty bulk but i dont gain any fat,i gain muscle so i aint complaning

i would recommend dirty bulking on the weekends and clean during the week...any way to minimize fat gain
or at least do cardio w/ it

i gain fat moderatly easy, but muscle gains just as easy, so me personally i have to bulk clean if i slowly want to lower my bf% while bulking, otherwise i end up just pounding on the fat..

yeah, you definately have to be careful with bulking. I also like to take it slow and keep body fat at bay.

Only dirty bulk if you have the metabolism. If not then clean.

Pretty much, if your metabolism can handle it, it's not too bad. I have been dirty bulking for the last 2 months, eating whatever I want (mainly due to my current location and circumstances), and I was getting worried because I started showing a bit of a gut. I ate "cleaner" for about 3 days, did some cardio, and the gut was gone. So screw it, back to dirty bulking till I get back home and can buy my own food.

Oh, my metabolism can handle it alright. I have gained 10 pounds since I started bulking and my stomach looks great. it seems to me that i'm getting more muscle than fat actually, so it's all good. Besides the being tired.

all ectos should dirty bulk, except me but only because my ass is broke
