Need to lose weight fast

I need help finding a routine that I can handle that will help me lose fat and gain muscle, I have been using a bit of whey protein to help a tiny bit throughout the past to lose weight, but it has taken me over a year to lose just.. 40 some odd pounds.

Rotate your calorie and carb intake. High carbs on training days, low carbs on off days. Also, don't expect to gain 5 lbs of muscle in one week.

I already know about the amount of muscle you can gain at any given time, I am not a newb at this I just need a better program because this one takes way too long.

What I have been doing is walking 30 minutes each day, 50 push ups and 50 sit ups every morning, 50 push ups and sit ups around 7pm.

And light workouts
