Holy crap! No wonder he has to take liver and kidney meds. My wife is a nurse and almost had a stroke when she saw "the tackle box".

Huh? What the hell does taking a bunch of minerals and vitamins and BCAAs have to do with steroids?

Pretty obvious that the majority of those are OTC supplements except for celebrex.

If you watch the whole video he says what all he takes, and he does take alot of blood pressure, cholesterol, kidney and liver support and some aspirin along with all the vitamins and minerals, aminos, etc. It shows him take everything in the morning and no other time, If that is a one shot load of pills is it really that bad?

That is not my point, but until anybody new for sure it is just speculation. I think we all know he uses something other than BSN products, and his use of blood pressure meds and such is probably a direct issue with that, however I was just merely pointing out what was said in the dvd...take it easy.

And he didn't even get into steroids. There should be a part 2 where he talks about the real supplements, and how many more pills and injections he does besides what you saw in the video.

Many pros don't take multivitamins, they take all their vitamins and minerals in separate so they can control exactly what they are taking. That's why they take so many pills.

yeah I don't usually all that stuff all year, and I don't virtually tiny doses of "supplements" so i am probably going overboard.
However, my bloodwork always comes back looking extremely good. So, as of now, I probably just wasting money more than anything on some of it.
I know I know no need for the ginseng. For some reason I started taking it about 8 years ago and haven't stopped hehe
and to be honest I could probably get rid of the garlic since recent studies have shown it doesn't really do much for cholesterol (my cholesterol is usually under 200 anyway).
