Monthly supplement expenditures
Just out of curiosity and the fact that I am writing a book about fitness and weight lifting makes me curious about the average amount BB.com members spend on their supplements.
I am not trying to be judgmental because I just today received the second half of my order from BB.com and that adds up to a pretty penny.
I intend to include my monthly amount when I finally figure that out and if you don't mind I would appreciate you letting me know the average amount you spend.

Im using JW/BAM/RESTORE 8 weeks at a clip, then 4 weeks or so off. So, more or less on average thats the sum. For the 4 weeks off im using other supps, probably not quite as expensive, but close. My median total over 12 months is 367 as is my Mode. Thanks...

you guys spend a lot... I usually use free credit to get what I want... total runs around $500/yr (I might pay $100 myself) , so if I did my math right it's just under $42/month I use, paying under $9/month

I am right around $200. per month and having just received an order from BB.com which was right around $800. I hope that I get 4 months out of that.
Thanks to everyone who answered the question. It helps not only realize things for myself but also for my book when I start talking about people who workout and the purchase of supplements.

Not that much...
Wow... personally I'd say about 25-30 bucks a month on Optimum protein, GNC creatine and GNC Glutamine... I find supps don't really work that well for me. I perfer a good diet and hard training I guess
