Thinking about taking BSN NO-Xplode

I would like to start taking Nitrix Oxide, is No-Xplode more of a creatine products or a N.O. ? And what about the taste and best flavor?

You have to watch out with these caffeine NO supplements. They get addictive. These are good to keep a tub around and use a scoop or 2 for days when you are lagging. NO-Xplode is a bit pricey, but def gives you a blast.

white flood for the price and results. noxplode is really a "me too" supplement if u ask me

It is both! It contains creatine and N.O. (arginine). I love the stuff but it does have a lot of caffeine. I am a caffeine junky and can still only tolerate one scoop full in a big glass of water pre-workout. I think 2 scoops would make my head xplode!. I like the fruit punch flavor, kind of like drinking fizzy cool-aid. Be sure & mix it with a spoon, Do NOT shake it up in a shaker cup, it will blow the top off & make a hell of a mess. Still trying to get that stain out of the carpet! Like dj said it is pricey but worth a try. I usually go through one tub of it in about 6 weeks then stay away from it for 2 or 3 months before getting anouther tub.

There are alot better options out there. If you do decide to get N.O.-Xplode, try and get the old formula. It is better.

Other options:

Controlled Labs White Flood
Millenium Sports Ragnarok(more of a complete product than Xplode, and you can choose caf/caf free).
Gaspari Superpump 250
Scivation VasoXplode
Universal Animal Pump

just to name a few.

Currently white flood is my fav, hoping to try v2 here soon. I don't use it everyday tho, just on days when I'm dragging ass and need a bosst

I've been getting some good results with no explode thus far as well. I like the energy and pumpt it gives me. Just wondering if I should stack it with something else? I'm hoping to drop a couple pounds but maintain the energy and pump as well as focus that no explode provides.

i would defiantly NOT recommend no-explode. it is weak in comparison to superpump 250. and no-explode is one of the only products that has an ingredient that causes irregular heart beat

Don't waste your money on products like that, stick to protein and creatine mono.

It has both in it. However, it is more NO (pre-workout) than anything, considering it only has 1g. of CEE in it (CEM3). In my opinion Lemon Lime is the best flavor and the taste is kind of a like a lime popsicle. It's not bad. However, 100mg of caffeine is in 1 scoop so depending on your caffeine tolerance, respond accordingly.

You might have to experiment a bit with food/whey timing when taking it. If you take them too close together, it can upset your stomach. Other than that, it depends more on your tolerance for caffeine and stimulants.

its great.all bsn products taste great.i personally prefer blue rasberry.cycle off it as said on the container.it will be hard to let go for 4 weeks cause you will get addicted to it.order it online.

I've been reading different things on no xplode. A couple friends of mine have been taking it and absolutely swear by it. All 3 are male and in good shape. 1 of them got really cut and started bulking up, the other two lost weight. I'm a 32 year old female who just started running and working out again for weight loss. Because of the different results I'm reading about, I'm just wondering if it's just a hyped up energy drink. Can it really cause serious problems, or is that the extreme end result of taking it? Is is more for bulking up muscle or can you really lose weight with a good diet?

I've always enjoyed No Xplode (particularily the grape flavor). I started off with one scoop to gauge my tolerance and went from there. I now take two scoops and really feel I get an energy boost from No Xplode during my workouts. Now, I'll probably cycle off for a few weeks shortly since my body has become acclimated to the product.

I am currently doing a log on this product, someone above said superpump 250 is far superior however it did nothing for me!It all depends on the person!

"Me too" -- taken to say you take it. He is referring to the fact that he doesn't believe it works and it is a status symbol, akin to having one of those cars that transforms into a boat.

I've taken BSN N.O; Gasparian Super 250 and NOX-CG3 by Xyience. I honestly feel that the Nitric component of all 3 were comparable. A horrible side effect for me was extreme gas and a lot of crapping problems.

I would say the price for all 3 were more expensive than the results were worth. I could feel a pump, but if you are looking for true mass gains I would stick with a creatine and protein.

If you do want the pump I would suggest BSN Nitrix. People say it doesn't work but I think it is very subject to the person. No one can really tell you what is going to work for you.

If you decide that you want N.O. or any of the Creatine/Nitric supps I would suggest following the directions to a T. I felt a distinct difference in taking the supplements 10 minutes after eating as compared to 2 hours after (Empty stomach).

Ive takent BSN and Superpump 250 and I would recommend superpump. Its cheaper, and it doesnt give me the shakes like NO-Xplode does (its a much smoother boost in energy, although the taste isnt as good). Also, NO-Xplode gives me gas...SP 250 does not. Another downside having gone through three tubs back to back is my tolerance to caffeine...currently I take 2.5 scoops before working out along with a couple energy drinks during the day and its gotten to the point where i need all of that caffeine just to keep moving. It may be a better idea to cycle it to avoid a dependency.

If i was in your situation, i would shy away from NO explode, and try Controlled Labs White flood, although the taste isnt as good as no explode (there working on it with v2 i do beleive), but the pump that i got today from white flood was unbelevable (sp). What i hear about no explode is that after 5 weeks of use or a lot of using it, your body gets used to the caffeine and it doesnt really help. But thats just my opinion, whichever works for you

Sorry to say but NO Xplode is for dudes only.Ain't quite sure why but naNO vapor is the same way.Might wanna try Universal Animal Pump.It works just as good.NO products are used to help blood flow through the body fatser like regualr creatine.This causes the allmighty "PUMP" that we in this sport vow by.It could help with bulking or cutting.thats your call.Just be sure to follow the directions on the container as much as possible.

was taking arnge krush before this and that was much better in focus, and pump you drink it slow. but no xplode flavor lemonade is not to good but does work ok .takes longer to kick in for me anyways im 240 lbs 6'4 so who knows . arnge krush cost more bout 80 a tub .buddy i know ranked out on his goal to lift and gave me the stuff . worked great just cost too much so if you ask me xplode works good just takes longer to kick in taste is not all that but what supps are? arnge krush works great taste better like tang with meds lol . next one i will try is shotgun .good luck on your choice and goals

ain't sure to tell you the truth.As I understand it, when a certain supplement is directed as, in this case "for healthy men 18-50 years of age"that it is really important if your a female not to use it.Not quite sure but I didn't question it.
